RETURN CONDITIONS
You can return any product (except personalized ones) within 14 days of receiving it.
Before purchasing, please make sure the product is exactly what you need, as return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Important! Do not send the package until we give you the necessary instructions.
The product to be returned must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all its accessories, instructions, and protections.
Once received at our warehouse, we will check that everything is correct before proceeding with the refund.

At Miluka, we don't accept direct exchanges. If you've changed your mind after your order has shipped, you can process a return by following the steps above and place a new order with the items you want.

If your product has factory defects or has arrived damaged in transit, at Miluka we will replace it at no cost to you.
If the damage has been caused during transit, it is important that you:
- Notify us within 24 hours.
- Record the damage in the delivery note from the carrier.
To manage the incident, follow these steps:
- Fill out the return form, selecting the reason "Product defective or damaged in transit."
- Attach photos of the product, its original packaging, and the shipping package.
- Complete the remaining fields with the necessary information to expedite the resolution.
Within maximum of 3 business days, you will receive an email confirming your request. Once approved, we'll send you a new product to replace the damaged one.

If you have received a product in error, you have 14 calendar days to notify us.
To process it, just follow these steps:
- Fill out the return form, selecting the “Other reason” option.
- Attach photos of the product received.
- Complete the form with the necessary information to expedite the process.
Within a maximum of 3 business days, we will send you an email confirming your request. Once approved, we'll send you the correct product and collect the one you received in error, at no cost to you!

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.
- If you return a product due to withdrawal, the return costs (€3.95) will be your responsibility. This means we'll refund you the full amount of the returned products, less this cost.
- For international orders (outside Spain), the same amount paid for shipping will be deducted from the refund for collection.
- If you refuse delivery of the order, these return costs will also apply.
- If the return is due to a defect or damage during transport, we will cover the costs of Return.

We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
We will process it upon receipt of the returned product in our warehouses, and you will receive it within a maximum of 14 days. This timeframe may vary depending on the payment method used or your bank's specific terms and conditions.

BASIC INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the interested party is informed of the following:

Purpose: The provision of services, management of the commercial relationship and communication with the client.
Legitimation: Consent of the interested party and execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party.
Rights: Access, Rectification, Deletion, Limitation of Treatment, Portability and Opposition.
Si una vez recibido el producto, este no es de su agrado, existen diversas razones por las que pueden devolver los productos. Debe tener en cuenta que existen ciertas CONDICIONES que se deberían de cumplir o tener en cuenta según la modalidad de devolución.
1- DESISTIMIENTO DE COMPRA DEL PRODUCTO
Se acepta la devolución de nuestros productos (desistimiento de la compra), siempre que no hayan transcurrido 14 días a partir de la recepción del producto y siempre y cuando el producto se encuentre en el mismo estado en que se entregó. Deberás conservar las instrucciones, documentación, accesorios (tuercas, tornillos y llaves) y embalaje original. Debe presentarse en perfecto estado, sin estar sucia, manchada, con olores, maltratada o con daños provocados. El cliente deberá hacerse cargo de los gastos de devolución.
Comprobación de estado: Una vez que tengamos el producto en nuestros almacenes, comprobaremos que el estado del producto sea correcto. Se realizará un reembolso del importe del producto, restando los gastos de devolución. Sólo se aceptarán devoluciones de productos que no hayan sido montados, ni utilizados, ni modificados en ninguna de sus partes y que conserven el embalaje original en perfecto estado (imprescindible para tramitar cualquier devolución).
2 – DEFECTO, ROTURA O DAÑOS EN EL PRODUCTO
En caso de que reciba un producto defectuoso por defecto de fábrica o dañado por el transporte, desde MILUKA estaremos encantados de reposicionar todo producto sin gasto alguno para el cliente. ¡Importante! El plazo para notificar una incidencia son 48 horas desde la recepción del pedido y deberá realizarse a través de su cuenta cliente a nuestro departamento de postventa.
En caso de daños ocasionados durante el transporte, tienes un plazo de 24 horas para notificar los desperfectos al Departamento de Postventa. ([email protected]) Además, debes dejar constancia de los desperfectos en el albarán de entrega del transporte.
3 – POR FALLO/ERROR DE ENVÍO DEL PEDIDO:
Si ha habido un error en tu pedido por parte de MILUKA, puedes reclamar en un plazo de 14 días naturales, conservando el embalaje original del producto en perfecto estado y poniéndote en contacto con nosotros a través de este correo [email protected] con las fotografías del embalaje original, el defecto del artículo y todas las etiquetas externas de la caja. Sin fotografías no podemos tramitar la incidencia.
En el caso de que el producto enviado no se corresponda al que el cliente ha pedido, MILUKA correrá con los gastos de recogida del producto equivocado y entrega del correcto.
